Got a 12V vehicle but a 24V house battery? This is the bit that ties them together. The Orion-TR Smart takes power from your 12V starter battery and alternator and turns it into a proper 24V charge for your house bank while you drive. It’s a full adaptive 3 stage charger, not just a voltage converter, so it looks after both lead acid and lithium batteries properly, including our SOK LiFePO4 range.

It’s built for modern vehicles too. Built in engine running detection means it plays nicely with Euro 5 and Euro 6 smart alternators and won’t drain your starter battery when the engine’s off. Being galvanically isolated, the input and output are electrically separated, which is ideal for boats and setups where you want to keep systems apart and avoid interference. Bluetooth is built in, so you can check what it’s doing, tweak the charge settings and update the firmware straight from your phone using the free VictronConnect app.
